SCHYULERVILLE-- Two members of the New York Army National Guard Honor Guard present an American flag to the family members of Corporal Walter Smead, a Korean War Soldier who was originally declared missing in action in 1950, at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville New York on Sept. 20 2021. Smead, a member of the 7th Infantry Division, was declared missing in action following a series of battles around the Chosen Reservoir in December of 1950. His remains were recently identified .
