27th Brigade Turns Over Reigns in Afghanistan

The 27th IBCT then moved authority of CJTF Phoenix to the 33rd IBCT, Illinois National Guard, as part of the Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Phoenix, Kabul, Afghanistan.
