Search and Rescue at Camp Smith

CAMP SMITH--New York Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Adam Myers the non-commissioned officer in charge of the 109th Airlift Wing Fire Department urban search and rescue team at Stratton Air National Guard Base directd high angle training during a joint search and rescue training exercise Oct. 21 2015 at Camp Smith New York with members of the New York Air National Guards 106th Rescue Wing. The 109th USAR team the lead within the New York Air National Guard is currently the only self-sufficient fully capable mobile unit in the Air National Guard.
