WEST POINT-- New York Army National Guard Maj. Gen. Steven Wickstrom, at right, commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, presents a historic print of the division’s Iraq deployment signed by many of the veterans of the unit as a retirement gift to Brig Gen. Paul Genereux during Genereux’s retirement ceremony here on Saturday, Jan. 14. Genereux is the past commander of the 42nd Infantry Division and former Deputy Commander of the division during the unit’s deployment to Iraq in 2005.
