ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Assuming command of the 642nd Aviation Support Battalion is incoming commander, Lt. Col. Scott Norcutt, who passes the Battalion colors to 642nd Command Sgt. Maj. Edward Rounds for safe-keeping on Oct. 4, at Army Aviation Support Facility #2.
